Lord Jagannath Dev's Ratha Yatra

LORD JAGANNATH DEV’S RATHA YATRA: RATHA YATRA or Chariot festival is a Hindu festival that involves transporting deities on a Chariot (called RATHA). The festival thus refers to the journey at the divinity in the form of idols to their AUNT’S house. Here “AUNT” refers to the feminine creative aspect of divinity. In many temples, devotees perform puja of Lord JAGANNATH and participate in the process of pulling “RATH”.
